Aston Martin, together with Airbus Corporate Helicopters, presented its first signature helicopter ACH130 Aston Martin Edition. The presentation took place in Courchevel, where 4 versions of the exquisite design were presented.
The first helicopter received a Stirling Green shade. The models will also be available in Xenon Gray, bronze Arizona and black with a blue tint Ultramarine Black.
The Stirling Green color scheme is applied using gradient painting technology, then turning into Jet Black at the bottom of the helicopter fuselage, then into Skyfall Silver around the fairings.
The helicopter cabin is finished in black microfiber combined with genuine leather. The finishing materials for the helicopter cabin are the same as in Aston Martin luxury cars.
The helicopter cabin is distinguished by increased comfort and is finished in Pure Black suede. The client, at his discretion, can order the interior trim in leather in the Oxford Tan, Pure Black, Cormorant and Ivory color schemes.
The seat backs are vertically perforated, which is also used in the Aston Martin DB11 model, and the doors are trimmed with leather, similar to the car. Thanks to the use of the car manufacturer’s proprietary materials, the interior of the ACH130 helicopter is as reminiscent of the Aston Martin interior as possible, which is exactly what the company’s specialists and helicopter designers wanted.
The instrument panel of the ACH130 helicopter contains plates with the registration number and series number. At the request of the buyer, it is possible to indicate the name of the future owner, the name of the helicopter or something else at will.
The cost of the helicopter has not yet been announced. The company is ready to announce it only upon request. It is worth noting that the helicopter from Aston Martin is produced on the basis of the Eurocopter 130 helicopter. Such a Eurocopter costs approximately 3 million euros.
The first deliveries of the machine are expected in the first quarter of 2020. We will wait for the appearance of the helicopter in the vast expanses of our country.
